About the role
Location: Strood, Kent
Hours: 8:15am - 4:15pm
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Despatch/Warehouse Operative to join a busy and successful warehouse team based in Strood. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pick lists from the warehouse management system
- Pick items using a hand-held scanner
- Load picked items into trolleys ready for processing
- Package and label products accurately
- Load completed orders into containers for despatch
- Update and maintain stock labelling
- Package and process inbound stock deliveries
- Carry out general warehouse and despatch duties as required
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse or despatch experience is desirable
- Experience using hand-held scanners would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
