About the role
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - CARLISLE STATION
Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour.
Hours: Full Time (39 hours) with the possibility of additional hours
Shifts: Between 6:00am to 9:30pm
- Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:
- Operating delivery equipment for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
- Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
- Order assembly and stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
