We're Hiring! Support Workers – Hampshire Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Live-Out Care Team Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing live-out team across Hampshire. Come and Join Active Asisstance About the Role You'll be supporting adults in their own homes through our specialist care at home services. Our clients have a wide range of complex care needs, including: Brain injuries and spinal cord injuries Neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases Respiratory conditions Gastrointestinal conditions You'll play an important role in helping our clients live as independently, comfortably and confidently as possible, providing person-centred support tailored to their individual needs. What we looking for: We're looking for people who are: Caring, compassionate and reliable. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Flexible and committed to supporting our clients. Confident working independently as well as part of a wider team. A full UK driving licence is desirable. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Previous care experience is welcomed, although we're interested in finding the right people with the right attitude and passion for care. Shifts Available: Full time Part time What to look forward to: Competitive pay of £12.75–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience. 14.07% holiday pay on top of each hour worked!
