Business Development ManagerSalary: £60k - £65k with £100k OTE + uncapped commission About the CompanyOur client is a leading UK technology and cybersecurity solutions provider, helping businesses protect their systems, manage cyber risks and strengthen their IT infrastructure. They're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support their continued growth and win new customers. The RoleYou'll take ownership of generating new business, building relationships with decision-makers and managing opportunities from initial contact through to closing the deal. Key responsibilities:Identify, prospect and win new customers.Generate and qualify sales opportunities.Follow up on event leads, marketing campaigns and dormant accounts.Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature.Work alongside marketing, technical teams and technology partners.Achieve pipeline and revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records. What We're Looking ForProven experience in B2B new business sales.Strong prospecting, communication and negotiation skills.Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.Experience managing the full sales cycle.A proactive, ambitious and target-driven mindset. Experience in cybersecurity, IT services or technology sales would be advantageous.
