About the role
Siam Surgery is looking to recruit a nursing associate, and would consider experienced or newly qualified, to support our clinical nursing team and improve our patient services within our practice. This role is offered on a part-time basis, for 32 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- To support the organisation and facilitation of clinical care, in a holistic and proactive manner, to patients registered at the practice, as part of the general practice nursing team and under the guidance of a registered general nurse.
- To maintain a high professional standard of nursing care, in adherence to all practice protocols, policies and guidelines, as well as to provide nursing assistance to the GPs and other members of the primary healthcare team.
- To demonstrate flexibility, in line with the present atmosphere for change within the health service delivery.
- To work within your own level of competency, and expanding the role in accordance with practice requirements and own scope of practice.
