Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and providing information about our promotions and offers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively, and that shelves are stocked and organized. A keen eye for detail and a passion for retail are essential in this role.

In addition to customer service, you will process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments, and assist in managing returns and exchanges. You will also play a crucial role in inventory management, helping with stock counts, and ensuring that the store is well-maintained at all times. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
