Part time Nanny mothers help role near Romsey, SO51

This family are looking for a Nanny mother’s help to assist both around the home and with their baby girl who will be approx. 6 months at the start of the role. They would ideally like someone 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am to 4pm however, there could be some flexibility on this for the right candidate. The role also offers optional travel to some fun events both within the UK and overseas, to support mum while she is working.

Duties to include preparing healthy meals and snacks, creating age appropriate activities at home to help the little one reach developmental milestones, planning nice trips out for a walk, to local parks etc and all usual nursery duties. As well as helping with laundry, making beds, general tidying and some light cleaning however, the family will have a cleaner.

The ideal mothers help will need to have excellent baby experience and knowledge of best practice current guidelines of weaning, sterilising, safe sleeping etc. Someone who is fun, kind and playful, to help the little girl explore the world and support her ongoing development. They will need to be happy both working alongside mum being an extra pair of hands but also confident being in sole charge when required. It is very important for mum to have a positive working relationship with her nanny, as she has currently with her other current employees.
