The Opportunity As an experienced retail Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop floor. More than just managing operations, you'll inspire your team, create a culture of exceptional service, and ensure customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience every time they visit. With genuine autonomy and support, you'll be encouraged to utilise your commercial expertise, retail knowledge, and passion to drive sales, develop your team, and maximise the site's potential.
