HR and ER Advisor

HR & ER Advisor in Birmingham City Centre

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR & ER advisor to join our client based in Birmingham City Centre. This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home), full-time, permanent and offering a salary between £32-36k a year dependant on experience.

The Responsibilities

- Case management of a range of both HR and ER cases and leading on a range of various ER cases

- Providing advice to stakeholders across the business on ER matters and being a trusted advisor

- Looking after and managing various employee relations projects

- Maintaining the Visa and Right to Work to process within the team

- Assisting with any policy enquiries that stakeholders may have

- Assisting with exit interviews for leavers across the business

- Liaising on offboarding and pre-employment screening

- Advising on internal policies and procedures

The Experience

For this role you would need previous HR advisory experience with exposure to ER and case management alongside other generalist duties ideally.
