With projects typically ranging from £500k to £8m, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, well-run schemes for a loyal client base. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in the next phase of their development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager who is looking to join a contractor with a great pipeline of work and a clear identity in the market. Key Responsibilities * Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion * Oversee Site Managers and project teams, providing clear direction and support * Manage procurement, subcontractor performance and contractual matters * Drive programme performance and cost control across all schemes * Identify and manage commercial and operational risks * Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact * Ensure health & safety standards are upheld across all sites * Contribute to repeat business and support future tender opportunities Ab...
