An established and highly regarded specialist employment law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Solihull.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a successful and expanding practice, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters while advising a diverse range of clients.

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of employment matters, including redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, absence management and Settlement Agreements.
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and networking opportunities.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
