About the role
Monzo is hiring a Data Science Manager to lead a team of data scientists in one of its product or business areas.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, hire and grow a team of data scientists and other data professionals
- Set direction on complex problems and find where data science can have the most impact
- Work closely with product, engineering and senior leaders so data shapes key decisions
Working pattern: London or UK remote.
Pay: £100,000 - £130,000, plus incentive awards and benefits, including a £1,000 yearly learning budget.
