Trainee Fee Analyst

My Edinburgh based client are currently hiring for a Trainee Fees Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve working with the wider client facing team helping to process client fees and supporting clients with any issues.

Main responsibilities:

• Client admin and invoicing tasks
• Management of client invoices through the invoice management system
• Monitor Senior analysts by supporting with client interactions and charges
• Help to produce Management information and reporting for financial budget and forecasting
• Work autonomously to process client fees and any issues
• Ensure team and business compliance with relevant FCA and wider regulations

Relevant skills and experience for the role include:

• Relevant experience within an Investment management business
• Strong admin skills including word and excel
• Client facing experience and a professional approach to business
• A relevant degree in finance, Accountancy or another relevant area
• Investment management of Financial Services data entry experience would be beneficial
