Composite Trimmer

We are currently seeking an experienced Composite Trimmer to support aircraft interior refurbishment works at Exeter Airport.
The role will involve stripping and preparing aircraft interior components, followed by the application of Di-Noc wrapping to walls and panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Stripping and removing existing aircraft interior components, including:
  • Aircraft overhead bins
  • Side walls
  • Overhead panels
• Preparing composite surfaces and components for wrapping.
• Cleaning, sanding and preparing surfaces to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
• Applying Di-Noc vinyl wrap to aircraft interior walls and panels.
• Ensuring all wrapping is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working to aircraft interior quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer or Aircraft Interior Technician.
• Experience stripping and refitting aircraft interior components.
• Experience preparing composite surfaces.
• Previous experience applying Di-Noc or similar vinyl wrapping would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract Details

• Location: Exeter Airport
• Pay Rate: £28 per hour (Ltd)
• Contract Length: 3 months rolling
• Start: Immediate / To be confirmed
• Engagement: Ltd Company
