About the role
Job title: Paint Sprayer
Location: Warwick
Hours/Shifts:
- Monday-Thursday: 07:30-16:15
- Friday: 07:30-12:00
The Role
We're looking for a reliable Paint Sprayer / Painter to be the dedicated painter on site. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the full paint preparation and spraying process-not just spraying-so you must be comfortable completing all stages from prep through to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and prepare products prior to painting
- Mask items correctly to protect surfaces and ensure a high-quality finish
- Remove parts/components prior to paint where required, then refit as needed
- Spray paint products to specification and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe working area and follow site procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Industrial Painter (or similar)
- Confident completing full prep work including washing, masking, and component removal
- Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a consistent finish
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently on site
