Technical Account Manager

Candidates:
​Most suitable candidates will have experience of selling industrial gearboxes, motors or overhaul services into the water utilities/wastewater sectors, ideally you will already have strong experience of building customer relationships and account management skills. We are looking for a customer centric individual to maximise our revenues within these key accounts, this will be done by offering the customer an exceptional point of contact for enquiries/being onsite quickly to scope out works/providing a service or new project solution to gearbox breakdowns.
This role requires a motivated individual that is comfortable working autonomously. 
This role would suit a sales engineer that is looking for a more reactive sales role/or a service engineer wanting to move into a gentle sales role.

They are looking for a technical account manager type individual to help further develop their sales in a cluster of multi-site key accounts.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:


Strong customer facing skills with a good understanding of specifying industrial gearbox solutions to engineers


Demonstrate that you have a structured approach to account management

Strong relationship building attributes

Excellent customer service and technical skills are essential


Ability to plan and manage your own workload

Already understanding about gearbox overhauls/servicing/new equipment projects
