About the Role
A welcoming primary school in Enfield is looking for a dedicated Complex Needs SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, working within their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP).
As a Complex Needs SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other staff to support pupils with complex needs. You'll provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping children develop communication and social skills, manage their emotions, and engage with learning.
