Interim Finance Director Civil Engineering Telford
Rate: £750 to £1,000 per day depending on days required
Start: ASAP
FD Recruit is supporting a fast-growing specialist civil engineering contractor in Telford on the search for an Interim Finance Director.
With turnover heading for £25m and a growth journey ahead, the business wants an experienced FD to strengthen its finance function and help get it ready for future investment.
The role
- Full-time or part-time
- Hands-on FD who rolls their sleeves up
- Work closely with the MD, directors and corporate partners
- Support and mentor the Finance Team
- Drive improvements to reporting and processes ahead of investor due diligence
The person
- Previous FD experience in a business of this size
- Experience of getting a business "investor ready"
- Project-based or construction experience useful
- Commutable to Telford, with some on-site presence
