Role summary:

We are looking for a Procurement & Facilities Administrator internally known as a Purchasing and Facilities Administrator to join our friendly team based in our Hemel Hempstead. As a Purchasing and Facilities Administrator your role will be to provide first class customer service to internal and external stakeholders through managing the administration of various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate purchasing records in line with company processes.
• Supporting invoice processing and resolving supplier queries to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Coordinating business purchases and services, including stationery, equipment, travel bookings, couriers, and uniforms.
• Providing day to day facilities support and acting as the first point of contact for office related requests.
• Helping maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment across office locations.
• Managing office operations, including visitors, contractors, supplies, mail, and meeting room arrangements.
