Kitting Operative
Location: Worthing
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment End Date: 18th December
Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:15am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Kitting work orders by selecting and assembling components into totes according to detailed parts lists.
- Picking and preparing items from order sheets for production.
- Handling small components with accuracy and care.
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required.
- Carrying out manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous kitting experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to accurately identify and handle small components.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
- Able to undertake manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions accurately.

This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with small parts and can maintain high levels of accuracy when picking and assembling orders. A positive attitude, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team are key.
