Learning Support Assistant required in Hassocks.
Pink Tile Education are working with a popular and oversubscribed primary school in Hassocks seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This full-time Teaching Assistant role in Hassocks is perfect for somebody who enjoys supporting children within a busy, vibrant school environment.
This large four-form entry primary school in Hassocks has a strong reputation for inclusion and pupil support. The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant in Hassocks to support children across EYFS and Key Stage 1, including pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language needs and social communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils in class and through interventions
Delivering targeted literacy and numeracy support
Working 1:1 with children requiring additional support
Supporting children with SEN including ASD and ADHD
Building positive relationships with pupils and families
Supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Requirements
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN TA
Experience within a primary school or similar setting
Enhanced DBS
Driver preferred
