You ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of commercial security systems, while providing a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systemsDiagnose and resolve technical faults efficientlyComplete planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Accurately complete service reports and documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with customersParticipate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota About You We re looking for an experienced engineer with a background in commercial security systems. Ideally, you ll have: Experience servicing CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsIntruder Alarm experience essentialA full UK driving licenceA customer-focused approach Installation Engineers looking to make the move into service are also encouraged to apply.
