Temporary Credit Controller Remote working with occasional Derby based office travel Temporary initially with a possibility to go permanent for the successful candidate Eaton Syalon are working with our Derby based client to recruit a temporary Credit Controller into their Finance team. The role is initially temporary, with a possibility to be made permanent for the successful candidate. We’re looking for someone with solid Credit Control experience, ideally gained within a busy finance environment. It is a busy role with a varied workload, competing priorities and a high volume of queries and accounts to manage. Our client requires someone who is comfortable working at pace, can manage their own workload effectively and remains calm and professional when dealing with challenging queries or situations. Key Responsibilities: * Chasing overdue debt via phone and email * Dealing with complex queries * Assist with ensuring that all direct debits are collected on time and posted to the ledger * Assist with the cash allocation when required You will have the following experience: * Strong Credit Control experience * Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * Confidence communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders xjnqpsq * A proactive approach to resolving issues * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * The ability to manage competing priorities and a busy workload If you're available to start an initial remote based Credit Control role (with occasional Derbyshire travel) and are keen to find out more, please get in touch for more information. *Note - only applicants who are within a commutable distance to Derby will be considered
