Working with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve IT systems and the end-user experience. What we're looking for Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support, Service Desk or IT Technician role. Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and peripheral devices. Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi. Experience supporting users both remotely and face-to-face. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to get involved in project work. Previous experience working within a school, college or wider education environment would be advantageous but is not essential. Why consider this role? Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. Opportunity to gain exposure to both IT support and infrastructure projects. Varied technical environment covering hardware, software, networking and Microsoft technologies. Hands-on role where you'll have a direct impact on how technology supports education.
