Warehouse Operatives – Night Shift- Transport Provided

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the CV8 area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join their busy parcel sorting operation.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Shift: 7:00pm – 3:00am

Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour

Job Type: Ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Transport Provided from B2 4 area

We understand that getting to work can sometimes be difficult, so transport is available directly from Birmingham City Centre to the warehouse.

• Transport provided to and from the workplace.
• No upfront payment required – transport costs will be deducted directly from your wages.

The Role

• Sorting and organising incoming parcels according to designated routes and destinations.
• Using scanners and conveyor belts to support the sorting process.
• Labelling and categorising parcels accurately.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Identifying and reporting damaged parcels.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parcels.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to commute to Leicester City Centre for the provided transport.
