Soft Services Area Supervisor Location: Mobile Role Covering Fife Main Base: Dunfermline Salary: 36,296 per annum + Company Van Hours: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday Lead High–Quality Cleaning Services Across Fife Are you an experienced cleaning or soft services professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and organised Soft Services Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites throughout Fife. About the Role As a Soft Services Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sites are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, supporting operational performance, and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting Cleaning Teams and Chargehands across multiple locations.Planning and coordinating daily cleaning operations to ensure outstanding service delivery.Conducting regular site audits and quality inspections.Building strong relationships with clients and responding to service requirements.Managing staffing levels, attendance records, timesheets, and recruitment activities.Organising training and ongoing development for cleaning personnel.Monitoring stock levels and arranging the purchase of cleaning materials and consumables.Producing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.Ensuring all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed.Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous supervisory or management experience within a cleaning or soft services environment.Experience managing multiple sites and mobile teams.Strong organisational and people management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Good IT and administrative skills.A proactive and hands–on approach to problem–solving.A full UK driving licence.Desirable BICSc certification or equivalent industry qualification.Experience working within large–scale facilities management contracts.Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO standards.What We Offer Competitive salary of 36,296 per annum.Company van.A varied and autonomous mobile role.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive management and collaborative working culture.The opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse portfolio of sites.Apply Today If you are passionate about delivering high standards, developing teams, and building excellent customer relationships, we would love to hear from you.
