HR Advisor GBP30,809 GBP37,505 (Band 5) Midlands Based Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home) Permanent & Full Time SF Partners are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well–established People team within a not–for–profit organisation operating across the East and West Midlands. The role will involve working across sites in Oldbury, Chesterfield and Derby, offering hybrid working with 3 days on–site and 2 days from home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys variety, providing advice and guidance to managers, supporting employee relations matters and working within a structured, policy–led environment.
