Property Data & Processes Manager

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Property Data & Processes Manager to join the Property and Assets team of our public sector client. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing property information systems, managing key data infrastructure projects and ensuring accurate property records, financial information, payments and invoicing and performance reporting.Contract is for 6 months in Wembley.

Property Data & Processes Manager
Pay Rate: £24.59 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 36, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Contract length: 6 months
Location: Wembley, London, HA9
Hybrid Working, 3-5 days in office

Key requirements:

• Finance background - essential.
• Knowledge of land and terrier and other database management include Oracle, Alcumus
• Good knowledge of relevant computer system, GIS, Terrier with experience with working with title documents and land registry. With the ability to maintain a terrier system, to support a corporate landlord Property service
• Understanding of contract management and relevant legislation.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop property records and information systems.
• Manage property databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and improve operational processes, policies and procedures.
• Oversee rent and service charge payments and invoicing.
• Produce performance reports and support financial monitoring.
• Assist with strategic property projects and service improvements.
