Contract type: Temp – perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement 

Working hours: Part time –  Monday to Thursday, 28 hours per week, 43 weeks per year

Unique School Solutions are supporting a large Multi Academy Trust to recruit for a Facilities Manager across four of their primary schools in Sheffield. You will be responsible for ensuring that all four sites are compliant and well maintained. You will be responsible for the management of facilities staff within each school and the long term planning of any estates related activity.

Essential requirements for the role:

• Previous experience managing facilities across multiple sites
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• Up to date Health & Safety qualifications
• This is a multi-site role, so a driving license is essential
• Competent in general maintenance
