Our Client is looking for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Mechanic to join a growing team that genuinely supports its people, offers ongoing training and provides excellent opportunities for career development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled mechanic with previous garage or mobile experience who enjoys working in a varied, customer-facing role.

The Role 
As a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll travel daily throughout Lincoln and the surrounding areas, visiting both private and business customers to carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
You’ll have your own company van, equipped with personalised workshop equipment, allowing you to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance work at customers’ locations.
You’ll work independently on the road but will have the full backing and support of an experienced team whenever you need it.

What We’re Looking For?
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• A minimum of 2–4 years’ experience as a Vehicle Mechanic, either within a garage or mobile environment.
• At least 1 year’s previous mobile mechanic experience.
• Good technical knowledge across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including commercial vehicles (CVs) and hybrids.
• Confidence carrying out more complex roadside repairs.
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Previous customer-facing experience and good communication skills.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel daily.
• Good timekeeping and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
• Enjoyment of working outdoors in a fully mobile role.
