Job description:
Central Recruitment are working as a recruitment agency, recruiting for an experienced VNA for a large distribution company in Burnley
Working a day shift between the hours of 7.30am – 16.00pm
Reporting into the Warehouse Manager you will be required to operate a VNA FLT to manoeuvre stock around the warehouse.
Duties will include:
- Driving a VNA FLT
- Before and after safety FLT safety checks
- Locating stock and moving to various locations in the warehouse
- Stock allocation
- Reading from pick sheets and using hand scanners
- General warehouse duties when required
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Keeping work station clean and tidy
Experience Required:
- Valid VNA Certificate
- Previous warehouse/VNA experience
- Good attention to detail and a strong safety focus
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
This is a full-time position, initially on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract after a trial period
Day Shift, weekly pay initially, staff parking, canteen facilities, accessible on public transport
