About the role
Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for experienced HGV CLASS 1 Drivers for our client based in Sawley, Derbyshire on a Temp to Perm basis.
Duties:
HGV Class 1
RDC to store Deliveries (2-3 per day)
Palletised freight, chilled, frozen, ambient.
No handball
PPT, LLOP training provided
Daily Vehicle Checks
Follow delivery routes and time schedules as instructed.
Experience Needed/ About You:
HGV Class 1 licence
Full UK Driving Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
Minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 experience
Maximum 6 Penalty Points (no DD, DR, IN)
Over 18 years of age for insurance purposes
Good Communication Skills
Team Player
Flexible Approach
Pay/ Salary:
HGV Class 1 days 200 per day
HGV Class 1 nights 210 per night
All rates are Ltd/Umbrella only
Hours & Contract Type:
Monday to Friday
3pm-6pm starts OR 10:30pm starts
