Groundworks Supervisor Required

Location: High Marnham, NG22
Rate: £28 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to work on National Grid sites.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising groundworks team and liaising with management. Duties will include overseeing:

• Provide direct supervision of groundworks operations on site, ensuring all works are executed safely and in accordance with the project programme
• Coordinate and manage operatives and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
• Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing operations
• Ensure strict adherence to company and client health and safety requirements and procedures
• Maintain accurate site records and prepare required reports in a timely manner
• Liaise effectively with Site Management and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor and report on productivity levels and quality standards
• Conduct and deliver toolbox talks and site briefings as required
• Assist with the planning and coordination of labour, plant and materials.

This role requires someone reliable, trustworthy and experienced within Groundworks

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor
• Gold CSCS Card
• SSSTS OR SMSTS
• Ability to manage plant and drilling activities safely and efficiently
• Must have own transport (hybrid working role)
