Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity that empowers people to make positive changes in their lives. We deliver a wide range of services across England, including drug and alcohol support, domestic abuse services, children and young people’s services, criminal justice and housing.
We are seeking a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team and provide effective administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our services.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, managers and other professionals, providing a high standard of administrative assistance across a range of duties. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and databases, updating information on relevant systems, preparing reports, managing correspondence, responding to enquiries and supporting the day-to-day administrative requirements of the team.
You will help ensure that all enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and with sensitivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, be confident using Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to learn new systems and processes. Previous administrative experience and familiarity with database or case management systems would be advantageous.

At Cranstoun, we value individuals who demonstrate integrity, enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to support the wider work of the organisation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of services that make a positive difference to individuals, families and communities.
