Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support while managing schedules and workloads. Your ability to train and motivate your team will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and effective cleaning operation.

Your primary duties will include conducting regular inspections of the facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. You will be responsible for inventory management, ordering cleaning supplies, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports on cleaning activities and addressing any employee or client concerns. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the point of contact for both staff and management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in management or a related field is a plus. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
