About the role
Mechanical/HVAC Engineer (Temp to Perm)
Location: Hampshire (Mobile Role)
Ideal Base: Southampton / Winchester
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
We are recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management contract covering approximately 160 sites across Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Mechanical plant maintenance
- General building services maintenance
- Ensuring compliance and health & safety standards are met
- Managing your own workload across multiple sites with PPM schedules provided one month in advance
Requirements
- Mechanical maintenance background
- Air Conditioning qualification
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic DBS check
- Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV)
Additional Information
Air conditioning work is expected to make up approximately 10% of the role. Therefore, we are ideally seeking a multi-skilled, mechanically biased engineer who also holds AC qualifications
