An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Estimator to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality residential refurbishment and construction projects across London.

Working within an established Pre-Construction team, you’ll work closely with an experienced Senior Estimator, gaining hands-on exposure to the full tendering process and developing the technical and commercial skills needed to progress your career.

The Opportunity

• Support the preparation and submission of competitive, accurate tenders.

• Review and interpret tender documentation, drawings and specifications.

• Assist with cost planning, measurements and take-offs.

• Obtain and analyse subcontractor quotations.

• Work alongside the Pre-Construction Manager, Senior Estimator and Bid Coordinator.

• Gain exposure to the full pre-construction process, from initial tender review through to submission.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an Assistant Estimator or Trainee Estimator position within construction.

• An understanding of construction costs, tender documentation and subcontractor procurement.

• Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Someone commercially minded with a genuine ambition to develop within estimating.
