About the service
Creative Care provides a welcoming, adapted supported living environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.
Each person receives personalised, 24-hour support in their own flat, with a focus on independence, dignity and quality of life.
About the role
You'll support individuals with complex needs, including behaviours of concern, using person-centred care and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.
This is a rewarding but challenging role. You'll need resilience, confidence and the ability to stay calm under pressure while supporting people safely, compassionately and professionally.
