What will the Temporary Credit Controller do?

• Contact customers by phone and email to follow up overdue invoices.
• Monitor aged debt and keep account notes and records accurate.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate invoice and payment queries, working with colleagues to resolve them.
• Support regular credit control reporting and help maintain an accurate sales ledger.

What are we looking for in a Temporary Credit Controller?

• You have previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• You’re confident speaking with customers about overdue payments.
• You’re organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• You can use Excel and accounting or finance systems.

The Package for the Temporary Credit Controller:

• You will be paid through Recruitment Solutions NW payroll.
• You will accrue holiday pay on top of your hourly rate
