A leading property and construction business is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Manager to join its growing team in West London.
This is a high-profile position offering the opportunity to take ownership of the full MEP lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of residential-led projects. You'll be involved from early-stage design and procurement through to delivery, commissioning and handover, working across multiple projects simultaneously.
The business is seeking an individual who can confidently operate at both the front end and back end of projects, ensuring building services are successfully delivered from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP delivery across multiple live and pre-construction projects
• Review, challenge and coordinate MEP designs to ensure buildability, quality and commercial viability
• Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support procurement activities and contractor appointment processes
• Identify and mitigate technical, programme and delivery risks
• Monitor installation quality and progress on site
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover activities
• Ensure all building services are delivered in line with programme, budget and compliance requirements
• Drive defect resolution and smooth project close-out processes

About You

• Mechanical background preferred, although strong Electrical candidates will also be considered
• Experience as an MEP Manager, Building Services Manager or similar
• Proven ability to manage projects from design and pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
• Comfortable overseeing numerous projects concurrently
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solutions-focused, commercially aware and highly organised
