Audit Manager

As an Audit Manager, you'll play a central role in driving quality, building lasting client relationships, and developing the next generation of audit professionals, all within a flexible, hybrid working environment.What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own portfolio of audit clients, taking higher-level responsibility for client relationships and overall engagement quality
• Overseeing your team's portfolios and contributing to workflow and capacity planning
• Working towards revenue and profitability targets across your client base
• Building and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Preparing accounts and corporation tax computations and returns for limited companies alongside your audit responsibilities
• Providing practical guidance on regulatory matters including GAAP compliance, tax, VAT, UK legal requirements, and principles of good governance
• Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members as part of the firm's wider people development agenda
• Supporting local partners with ad hoc matters as they arise

What We're Looking For

• ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
• Demonstrable experience managing and delivering audits across a range of industries
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues in a professional environment

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to workflow planning or resource management within a practice
• Exposure to corporation tax computations and returns in a professional services setting
