We’re recruiting Line Operatives to join an established
manufacturer supplying high-quality industrial products to
customers worldwide.

This opportunity would suit someone with machine operating or
production experience who is looking for a long-term role with
structured training and opportunities to develop. Experience is
preferred, but candidates with a willingness to learn are also
encouraged to apply.

Shift Options

Rotating Days

* 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm
* Six days on, three days off
Permanent Nights

* Monday to Friday
* 10:00pm–6:00am
All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.

Your Responsibilities

Working within a busy manufacturing team, you will help ensure
production runs safely and efficiently, with a consistent focus
on product quality.

Your duties will include:

* Operating production and moulding machinery
* Carrying out quality inspections throughout production
* Accurately completing production records and quality paperwork
* Handling materials and carrying out manual lifting
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
* Working with colleagues to achieve production targets
This is an active role involving standing throughout your shift,
repetitive tasks and manual handling.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous machine operating, production or warehouse experience
preferred
* Good written and spoken English
* Confidence completing production paperwork accurately
* A reliable approach, good timekeeping and strong attendance
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
* A willingness to learn and support colleagues
* Availability to start immediately
* A full UK driving licence is required
