Description

• Respond to customer enquiries clearly and professionally, helping customers get the information they need.
• Handle customer requests in line with agreed service processes and provide accurate updates.
• Record customer interactions and enquiry details to keep service information up to date.
• Follow up outstanding queries to ensure customers receive a timely response.
• Work with relevant colleagues to resolve customer issues and maintain a joined-up service.
• Manage day-to-day customer service tasks to help the department meet its service needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and actions taken.

Profile

A successful 'Customer Service Advisor' should have:

• Experience of handling customer enquiries in a customer service setting.
• The ability to communicate clearly with customers by phone, email or other channels.
• Confidence in recording information accurately and keeping customer details up to date.
• The ability to follow agreed processes while managing a range of customer requests.
• A practical approach to resolving queries and following up outstanding actions.

Job Offer

• Temporary contract based in Birmingham.
• Hourly pay of £15 to £17, dependent on the level of experience.
