About the role
As an Finance admin in Berkshire, you will help keep day-to-day finance administration organised for an Industrial / Manufacturing business. You will work within the Accounting & Finance department, handling routine tasks that help financial information stay accurate and up to date.

Description
- MUST have Security clearance - no finance experience necessary, all training will be provided.
- Process routine finance paperwork accurately and keep records organised.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date financial files for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Enter financial information into internal systems with attention to detail.
- Check documents for completeness and resolve straightforward discrepancies.
- Prepare finance information for colleagues to review and use.
- Respond to day-to-day finance administration queries in a clear and timely way.
- Keep supporting documents filed correctly to aid efficient record keeping.
Profile
A successful 'Finance admin' should have:
- Experience of completing accurate finance administration tasks.
- SC Clearance.
- Confidence working with financial records and supporting documents.
- Ability to enter and check data carefully.
- Good organisation when managing routine paperwork and records.
- Ability to spot and resolve straightforward data discrepancies.
- Clear communication when responding to finance-related queries.
Job Offer
- Temporary Finance admin contract in Berkshire.
- Hourly pay of £17 to £21, dependent on the level of experience.
