Are you a Solar PV Engineer or Qualified Electrician looking to step up into an off the tools operations role where you'll co ordinate teams of Solar Installers and oversee the planning and delivery of domestic solar PV installations?

This company is an award-winning renewable energy specialist, where you will receive manufacturer training and full onboarding onto their office systems so you can hit the ground running and be valued as a key part of the team.

The company are a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation, delivering renewable energy solutions nationwide across domestic and some commercial sites. Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, they are now looking to add an experienced person to lead the day-to-day installation and remedial operation.

In this role you will be office based in Ilford (5 days per week), overseeing the planning and delivery of PV installs, coordinating multiple teams (installers, electricians, roofers and subcontractors), maintaining quality standards, and taking ownership of escalated customer issues and compliance.

This role would suit a Qualified Electrician / Solar PV Engineer with strong practical PV knowledge looking for a stable, long-term role off the tools with training and support.

The Role:

• Overseeing solar PV installations and remedial works
• Manage and coordinate multiple installation teams and subcontractors
• Quality control, H&S compliance, and maintaining high workmanship standards
• Take ownership of escalated customer complaints and system performance issues

The Person:

• Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition
• Strong practical understanding of solar PV installations, battery storage, and fault finding
• Confident coordinating others and holding high standards on installs
