We’re looking for a Runner to join our team at our {LOCATION} location.
Key Responsibilities of the Runner:
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service area.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.
- Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
- Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
