They are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a student with SEND and Autism on a 1:1 basis in key stage one. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a student who has Autism and other special educational needs. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing personalized 1:1 support to a student with SEND and Autism. Assisting with academic, social, and emotional development, helping the student to achieve their best. Collaborating with the class teacher and other staff to deliver effective support. Implementing tailored strategies to ensure the student can engage fully in the curriculum. Promoting positive behavior and encouraging independence.
