We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a popular, trend-led beauty retailer at Stansted Airport. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager to build on their retail leadership experience, working alongside the Store Manager to create an engaging customer experience, support the team and contribute to the store's ongoing success. The Role Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play an important part in the daily running of the store, helping to keep the team motivated, standards high and customers at the heart of everything they do. You'll be a visible presence on the shop floor, supporting colleagues, leading by example and ensuring the store operates efficiently in a busy airport environment. From coaching team members to keeping on top of stock and daily operations, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, stepping in to support the Store Manager whenever needed.
