Job Title: Planning Consultant

Location: East Sussex
Salary: £30,000/£40,000
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

Requirements for the role:

• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
• Experience across a broad range of planning matters and application types.
• Experience preparing and managing planning applications and appeals.
• Experience preparing representations in response to planning policy consultations.
• A strong understanding of the UK planning system and current planning policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing workloads.
• A proactive, personable and commercially minded approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable: Experience in minerals and waste planning, Environmental Permitting, tender preparation or project management.
