About the role

Our client is a leading financial services company, and they are looking for an HR Administrator to support them during a very busy period. You’ll need to be proactive and organised with excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, read on to find out more!
Duties will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team
- Administering pre-employment checks such as DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and references
- Filing documents relating to candidate records such as probation letters, Return to Work documents, and CVs
- Logging and monitoring references, chasing up where needed
- Downloading relevant documents into Employee Personnel files
- Updating internal trackers to reflect the progress of pre-employment checks
This role also involves some data management tasks such as updating internal spreadsheets, chasing outstanding information, and accurately handling candidate data.
This role will suit someone with previous administration and customer service experience. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.
